Egyptian Academic Journal of Biological Sciences (D.Histology and Histochemistry) (EAJBSD) is the official English language journal of the Egyptian society of Biological Sciences (https://eajbs.com/publisher/). The Journal publishes original research papers and reviews from any Histological and Histochemistry discipline or from directly allied fields.

The Journal will be published twice/year (one volume per year) by the Egyptian Society of Biological Sciences. The Journal was founded in 2010 as an international publication. This is ensured by subjecting each paper to a strict assessment procedure by the editorial board.

The Journal covers the whole fields of general, experimental, systematic, Histology and Histochemistry, Molecular Biology, Behavioral Biology, Biochemistry, Development, Genetics, Immunology, and Evolution.

Authors will receive the first editorial decision within 4 weeks from confirmed submission. All contributions are published in English. Authors whose mother tongue is not English are strongly urged to have their manuscripts reviewed linguistically before submission. Papers written in poor English will be returned. It is understood that manuscripts submitted to EAJBSD have not been offered to any other journal for prior or simultaneous publication. All articles to EAJBSD are posted online immediately as they are ready for publication.
